Shipping Charges

We currently ship to the US and Canada.  The shipping options will be displayed during the check out process.  

We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more to the 48 contiguous US States.

For orders under $200, the flat rate shipping fee is $19.95.  All fabrics are shipped in bolt by UPS or Fedex.

For Alaska & HI, the flat rate is $50 for standard UPS ground, $125 for 2nd Day air service.

For Canada, the flat rate is $50 for UPS Std Worldwide, $150 for Express Worldwide.
 
Memo sample ships free by USPS First Class Mail. Please note that this applies to memo sample only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website.  Bongo receives your purchases at their US distribution center and forwards them to your destination by DHL or Federal Express.

Step-By-Step Order Guide

1. Shop for your items on our website and add them to your cart.

2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking the the link shown below.

3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.

4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.

5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.

6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.

7. Choose your shipping method and place your order.

8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.

9.  Your order will then ship to the Bongo US distribution for forwarding.  Please  communicate directly with them for delivery status of your order via online chat or email.
