Cancellation Policy

Our system is set up so orders ship as soon as possible. You may cancel the order if it has not been cut to pack or shipped. Generally, it is recommended that you cancel the order as soon as possible. Please call us at 800-497-8042.  Once the order ships, it can not be returned for other reasons than manufacturer defect. Cancellation is subject to approval.

Occasionally, we might need to cancel your order for the following reasons:

• -Unauthorized credit card transaction
• -Item is discontinued
• -Pricing discrepancy
• • -Errors in minimum order and order increment requirements per vendor requirements

If an order is cancelled by us, charges are voided and no charge will be applied to your credit card.
