We ship worldwide.  Please note, for orders going to Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, Mexico and New Zealand you can now shop online at www.theworkrm.com.  Simply add your items to the shopping cart and it will calculate your shipping charges automatically on www.theworkrm.com only.   If you do not see an item online, you can contact us via email.

We are happy to accept orders by email or telephone too.  We can send you an invoice via email to pay directly online if you wish.  Simply email with your billing/shipping address & telephone number along with desired item(s) and quantity.   
Certain lines do not allow us to ship outside the US, please contact us if you have any questions. 

All international orders are subject to approval.     

International shipping rates do not include import fees, customs or duty charges.  Inside Stores has no control over these charges and they are the responsibility of the person placing the order.  

International orders going to other countries can only be placed by email or telephone request and subject to approval.   Please contact for shipping rates for addresses outside the US.  International shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package.    If you wish to place an order shipping outside the US please email with your billing/shipping address & telephone number along with desired item(s) and quantity.  We will be happy to send you a quote for the total order.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal or wire transfer.  

Shipping times vary depending on item and ship to country.  Estimated ship time for most items is 5 to 15 business days. 

Please keep in mind that International orders will ship ONLY when the items have become available. If you are ordering multiple items on one order, we try to ship them consolidated.  If an item is backordered, it may require additional shipping as we cannot hold items.  It is always best to check with us by email if an item is in stock.  

Oversize charges will apply where required.  Restrictions apply.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for other reasons than manufacturer defect or shipping damage. This is because all wallpaper is ordered specifically for you. If you receive a wallpaper that is defective, please email us or call us at 800-497-8042 immediately after receipt. 

PLEASE NOTE:  AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT SHIP SAMPLES OUTSIDE THE US.   If you need a sample, please see alternative shipping ideas below.

Orders placed by international customers shipping to locations within the United States will be shipped free of charge on orders over $200.   If you are an international customer and would like us to ship to a US shipping address, please select the standard checkout button.  This will allow you to process the order as a standard US shipping order.   The ship to address must be a verified delivery address with the credit card used or on your PayPal account.   We also accept wire transfers.  

Alternatively, we can ship anywhere in the US free of charge on orders over $200. Some of our customers have successfully used 3rd-party services like MyUS.com.  These services are good when you are shopping from multiple online stores - the packages can be consolidated to save you money.  We are not able to endorse these services but can provide the following links for informational purposes. We ship to them and they in turn reship to you. You would need to set up an account with them and they give you a US shipping address.
