Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, we've got you covered! Simply reach out to us via email or give us a call at 800-497-8042 immediately after receiving your order. Please include some photos of the problem along with a brief description, and we'll handle the rest. We'll provide a return label for the defective item and swiftly ship out a replacement. In the rare event that the item is out of stock, you'll have the option of receiving a full refund.
Inspect Before Cutting
Before you start your project, take a moment to inspect the material carefully. Confirm that you've received the correct item and quantity. Once fabric is cut, it cannot be returned, so it's essential to ensure everything is as expected.
No Returns After Alterations
Once the merchandise has been cut or altered, we cannot accept returns. Please thoroughly inspect the fabric before using or altering it to avoid any issues.
Important Reminders
Claims for labor will not be accepted under any circumstance, so please ensure thorough inspection before proceeding with any work.
If you're shipping items to a professional workroom, make sure they inspect the materials before cutting.
All damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt to ensure prompt resolution.
Note on Dye Lot Variances
Please be aware that dye lot variances are not considered defects and will not be accepted for returns. Samples are intended for design purposes only and may not perfectly match the actual dye lot. Natural fabrics may have even more variation in color and pattern between dye lots.
